Foshan City Shunde District Longjiang Town Fengbao Hotel Furniture Factory specializes in designing and manufacturing hotel furniture, such as dining tables & chairs, trolleys, bar tables & chairs, flexible stages and others. Our company is located in the "Town of Chinese Furniture Material" --- Longjiang Town, Shunde District, Foshan City.



We consider that product is the soul of our factory.let's have a brief introduction of how we make our products.

1.Cutting & forming. After striciting raw materials, the workers will employ machines to cutting the pipe based on requied size. The cutting pipe will be formed by advanced equipment to achieve smooth curves and fluid shapes.

2. Grinding & polishing. Fengbao craftsman grind flush for a one-pipe appearance. Specially trains workers finish each item.

3. Treatment. There are 12 steps for the treatment. They are moving oil stain, rust, acid pickling, alkali balance,gray phosphorus/ chromizing and so on.

4. Powder coating/ oil painting. Electic current is passed through the chair, which attracts the sprsyed powder,and then the chair is baked at 180C-220C for a uniform cotaing.

5.Upholster. Fengbao staff adopts the traditional upholster techqueie, and employ some machines for improve productivity and standardization.
